Our 25+ years on eBay tells us that this kind of unreasonable reaction is not the kind of customer we want. Buyer banned.

For 25 years, we always contact our buyers to confirm that they have ordered the correct part number to avoid the re-stocking charge and other options. Shipping was going to be delayed so we explained and gave him a full refund. Disbelieving, he ordered again the same day. We were still not able to get a unit to him without a delay so again a full refund was gladly given. Banned buyer.
