Not a lower quality and actually a more expensive item. We did a return and offered to replace with the correct item at our cost due to our mistakes. Instead of allowing us to correct the mistake, buyer decided to leave incorrect and negative feedback. We made the error, but at least be honest with the details, why the need to lie? The only message sent to us was threatening, a true keyboard warrior.
