Ordered CD with Book. Sent a book, no CD which you needed to do the songs. It was not the book pictured. Contacted seller. Received reply to go to Amazon and they wanted a picture. First I ordered on E-Bay. They obviously did not have the item in the first place as they replied they did not have anymore. They should be able to look up what they actually sent.
