The online Dell service manual helps to easily remove the damaged screen and install this replacement. It says not to remove the hinges as a replacement will have them - this replacement is just the screen though so carefully (they are easily bent) separate the hinge rails from the old screen to reuse if you do not have new ones. This screen is beautiful - looks as good as the original, crystal clear, no defects. Thanks!

Looks nothing like original. I’ve been doing this for over 20 years, it’s not for myself. It’s for a customer. I contacted the seller and they basically told me it’s the laptops issue. Look at the screen that came out and look at the one that I got. Exact model. I pulled the old one before I ordered it. The silver one in the picture is the broken. See how it’s flat? New one is r
