An honest mistake so I reached out to the seller as soon as it was delivered. They never responded. I'm trying to get a refund through ebay. The seller also mixed up the tracking #s for my order and another sent to someone in the same city. I don't know if my order ended up with someone else, or what. It was also sent in a normal envelope, which may have contributed to the damage to the box - see pics

The product has been previously opened and swatched when it’s ment to be brand new. This is unacceptable considering the item has a 6 month shelf life once opened. Seller also charged me more than double what they actually paid for the shipping and then took ages to post the item. Seller ignored all my messages from the moment I bought the item.
