My only negative is that it takes a while to cool down after making one coffee. After dispensing the milk and you go to make another it shows the error code "too hot". It takes 2 or 3 minutes to cool. Not experienced this with other coffee machines. So best to dispense what coffee is needed first then froth the milk.
