Buying these spectrum locked phones meant they have visual voicemail. They are super nice. Shipping was fast and we got updates along the way. Very happy!!

When I asked for an exchange, the seller offered a $20 refund or told me to buy a new one, return the damaged one, and pay for shipping—leaving me out nearly $300. The item was defective, yet the seller offered no real solution. I tried to work it out, but this experience was disappointing.
