Aluminum does not appear to be creased or split, but it gives me caution in the mounting as there is little room for error. The worst part is I am still a week or two away from being able to actually charge and test it and am very concerned that it would not be returnable at that point. And I am not paying return shipping just to roll the dice on another bad one with more return $

For the price you can’t beat it. The problem I had was not with the seller or the product itself but with the shipper. FedEx crushed the radiator and it arrived very bent. It was packaged securely in the box but it appeared someone had sat on it and severely bent it. Unfortunately I was unable to use it but was promptly issued a refund. I would order again from them. Thank you.
