Shipping was fast, packaging was perfect to prevent damage, mug is as described but not what I would call a great value. It's something I bought because I liked it. And I will enjoy it but it really was rather expensive for a non-designer brand. It did reach out to the seller but didn't receive a response. No regrets though.
