I realised after ordering that I could have ordered a different colour to match an existing cage. I message the buyer and they made sure I got the colour I wanted. Delivered quickly. I purchased a brand new parrot cage which arrived covered in surface rust/powder that stained my floor. When I raised my concerns, the seller accused me of “trying something” instead of taking responsibility. They refused to offer any compensation and would only take the cage back if it was in the original packaging (which had already been discarded after delivery). Their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, showing no concern for product quality or customer
