This has a GREAT recipe for enchiladas in it among many others, and my son mentioned to me that he loved enchiladas at my 77th birthday party. So, I bought this cookbook for my daughter-in-law, and flipping through it again before I give it to her, I realized that I wanted to keep it for me! So I just bought another one! Book is in excellent condition, w/ VERY fast shipping from my favorite eBay bookseller.
