Item arrived as described, only thing I was concerned about, THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS......had to find a YouTube video to figure everything out. Good price, I am just starting to shoot with a Gimble, so the price was affordable and this does just as well, and the ones in the $200 range Only gave 3 stars on communication, because there was not any from either one of is.
