I took pictures , sent them with an explanation that my daughter and I collect Lorcana and she loves getting them graded. They were completely understanding and offered to replace the card free of charge ( I offered to send the one I received back but they let me keep it as well). Great customer service ! Will buy again!!

It came in the promo wrap and the wrapper is not wrinkly at all. The price is very good for an unopened card. I would highly recommend this seller and their product.

Only suggestion would be using bubble wrap for cards in the future or a more protective package - still arrived undamaged but this may prevent that possibility down the road. Cheers
