Contacting the seller was a very slow response. Ended up calling the store by phone. Returned the item at my own expense of $23.50 which was not reimbursed. A refund was issued. Was not a good experience overall and won’t buy off them again.

Picture shows the unit had wifi and an additional usb c flex port, it also shows a unit in great condition. Item received had a lot of cosmetic damage but was classed as “A grade” by the seller.
