He used a 2nd picture from another Ebay auction as well. He sent me a worthless autographed baseball of some 1970-1980's baseball players. Upon returning the ball to him, he did not respond. Once I informed him the Federal Prosecuting Attorney's Office in Norther Texas was getting notified, he promised a refund. After 5 days, HE DID NOT REFUND. NO communication after the initial contact with the return. It is obvious who is telling the truth. You have been warned about this seller!
