For his gift, he hopes for a red scooter with a horn and bells. Barney gets a call from Professor Tinkerputt, and he is accompanied by Baby Top and BJ to Tinkerputt's toy factory. The professor shows them his inventions, including a hot air balloon, which they use to fly through the clouds. They return to the treehouse, and BJ's party begins.
