Bill was great at communicating with me along the way and assured me that we would get the item. The quality is great and the price was right when I looked at others of the same. The item was carefully packaged in bubble wrap and was in pristine condition. We love KATO.

I bought the product, paid for it and was awaiting delivery when I got a note from the seller saying that the box was damaged and he didn't feel right selling it to me! So we cancelled the sale. Finding a REALLY honest dealer is tough but this seller goes to the top of the ist.
