It was listed as "like new" but it was missing part of the packaging, and 3 out of the 5 items were damaged. The seller approved a return, however it has been "lost in transit" for almost a week. The seller is not professional, and continually pressed that it was listed correctly. This has been a horrible experience and I still have not received my refund.

My item was sent out promptly and they packaged it (a somewhat fragile item) with care. No damages delivering across the whole US, and it arrived as described, clean, and intact. For a used item it looked very good. Overall a professional seller and worth doing business with.
