First page has water damage, a few of the pages are tearing away from the spine, some pages have residue on them and one of the corners is damaged. I would say acceptable is more accurate, possibly good. It's still readable and for my young niece so not a dealbreaker but a more accurate description would have been nice. Shipping was fast, though issue with delivery but not sellers fault.
