Seller was very responsive, as I had reached out to the seller about the tracking information not being updated on my end. Seller assured me that the lens was indeed on its way (and it showed up yesterday as well). Lens is as described in the eBay listing. I am very happy with the price that I paid for the used item. As Described is nuetral as it didn't say it was missing a rubber grip on the macro ring, but it is in the photos, though easy to miss. Value is fair considering what I paid. Overall, a positive experience. I do think it should have been mentioned instead of just hoping noone noticed, but explains why my lower offer was accepted.
