It was intact in the pictures but it is a minor issue. The packaging was very strange. The doll box was sloppily wrapped in a thin foam sheet and put in a USPS priority box. The foam wrapping was so thick on one end of the box that the priority box would not close right so the seller just taped it and mailed it anyway.
