Ebay refused the cancellation, but Parts Pro Desk evidently saw the purchase/immediate cancellation and messaged me to say they would work with Ebay to issue the refund. The total charge was refunded to my credit card within a few days. I very much appreciate their understanding, kindness and helpfulness in reversing my panic-buy of the wrong part. Many, many thanks!
