They not only helped me understand, but offered my good options like substitutions and full refund. I highly value a seller that takes the time to help a customer, but also communicates goodness as well. I highly recommend this seller and will buy from this store again.

Tuve un problema con el envío porque estuve ausente y no sabía si lo volverían a traer. Pero el vendedor hizo en todo momento un esfuerzo por ayudarme a saber con quien contactarme y darme la información necesaria. El producto en sí diría que es como se ve en las fotos, es muy suavecito además y la orejas del gorro son pequeñas. Llegó bien envuelto y en buen estado.
