I don't know...but they are miracle workers. Excellent items, excellent packaging, excellent price, excellent communication...in all, cannot be faulted in any way. 10 out of 10 from me.

I accepted this offer and the refund was issued immediately. Then someone got up to speed; there was no contact from the seller but the grey finials were not sent

Looks fabulous and is a perfect replacement for a much loved hand-thrown plate that I accidentally broke. Best of all this is microwave and dishwasher safe!
