  The item I purchased was advertised as a 4G LG flip phone, but it was not actually 4G and could not register my SIM. When I requested a return, the seller refused to provide a return shipping label and told me to pay for shipping myself, or accept only a 50% refund to keep the unusable phone. The product was misrepresented, and the seller was not cooperative in resolving the issue. I cannot recommend this seller based on my experience.
