I reached out, they really didn’t seem to consider it a problem or care to offer solutions. Very happy with the part though, price is good, very well protected in the package. As described. Next time I just won’t order something that I need soon. If I’ve got two weeks to wait on it then I’ll order from them no problem.

The packing was good- the cover clips came with 3 small broken pieces but still worked. Assuming it occurred during shipping. The shipping was delayed by 3 days. I reported delay and Ebay responded immediately.
