The Living Language Spanish box of 6 CDs was packaged well and the shipping was prompt. Before purchase I sent an E-message to the seller who replied promptly and answered my questions which was appreciated. I have listened to some of the CDs and the sound is of good quality. The books included in the box are in very good condition therefore I can safely say that this item was sold and received as described. A very good value. I would purchase from this seller again.

Positive experience with the seller after messaging about poor quality item received. Seller returned funds after learning that the item sent was below their standards. Overall, I am rating my experience positive because they did everything in their power to rectify the situation due to the item being of poor value, condition, and poor appearance. They even discussed retraining for their team.
