The Bose system had not worked in several years after I had a power outage. The seller fixed the items so it worked again immediately after plugging them in. They are able to repair to as good as new condition my Bose system that is almost 25 years old. Bose customer service won't even support the Lifestyle 50 any more. Their communication is great and turnaround time of only 1 business day. This is my second time using their service in 5 years. A great tip they gave me is to unplug the unit if not being use for an extended period of time to prolong the life of the components. I highly recommend.
