The Bose system had not worked in several years after I had a power outage. The seller fixed the items so it worked again immediately after plugging them in. Great service on an item that Bose refuses to fix.

This Bose Wave Music System was advertised as MINT CONDITION and that was the truth. Remote was included with a new battery (nice touch). Only wish that a user/operator manual (or a copy of one) was included too. That said, this was an overall very, very good experience. Would do business again with this seller.
