Sometimes it'll get stuck halfway into closing all the way between the twisting and the tether. I have to be careful to press the cap down in the tether in order to close it and open it. Even upon arrival, there were scratches. This is very much usable, it carries my drinks. I'm not sending it back. But please make sure you manufacture these better in the future.
