Using a lathe in any other mode the calculator function works but the tapper function doesn’t. Seller was responsive and I was the one who decided to drop the issue.

Since I was not able to use this item in the time I needed- I purchased another elsewhere. However, the seller reached out and intended to send a replacement and me keep the faulty one (saved me on shipping cost). Since I was on a time crunch I was not able to take this offer but their customer service wanting to make this right is a great thing!!!
