I had a different power source which prevented the panel lights to work properly. They responded quickly and identified the problem and even made a different shipping arrangement so the adapter could reach me overseas. Thank you. However, perhaps you sent me the wrong one as I intentionally picked your most expensive unit as you indicated it was "MINT". Clearly your and my idea of MINT are different, as they are a lot of deep scratches on the stainless steel case and smoked glass lens.

This Bose Wave Music System was advertised as MINT CONDITION and that was the truth. Remote was included with a new battery (nice touch). Only wish that a user/operator manual (or a copy of one) was included too. That said, this was an overall very, very good experience. Would do business again with this seller.
