In order for buyers to purchase products at a more favorable price. We removed the cardboard inside the socks before shipping. But the socks we ship are clean and intact. We apologize to the buyer and offer a full refund, not $2, as the buyer does not require a refund. Sorry again for the unpleasant shopping experience.
