When I notified the seller that I received a different item than purchased, the seller offered, if acceptable to me, a partial refund instead of a return. Since the item I received was high quality, and could now be had at a very low price, I accepted and am very satisfied with how things were resolved. I am happy to have been dealing with a company that has professionalism and integrity.
