- u***j (590)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Vor über einem JahrBestätigter KaufLet me start by saying the item is new but the shipping was not as fast as I was led to believe by what they write in their description and they sent the mask in a plastic bag rather than stuffing it to keep its form and shipping it in a box. Let's just say I had to do a lot of grooming with the hair on the mask because it was so messed up from being shipped that way. This was not the most professional way to ship a mask and I wish I would have purchased this now from a different seller.

The bad , which is I why I gave a negative review is once I opened the packaging , the item that was listed as new was really dirty. So dirty I had to hand wash and scrub all the clothes and the figures head. When I contacted the seller he said it was new. When I sent him 3 pics of the drying items he didn't respond. No sorry, thanks for letting him know about the matter, no apology or refund. This figure was displayed openly IMO. No proof
