The offer still stands. I dont believe you got the wrong packs i think you are triying to get packs for free or your money back after you opened the packs. Also they are rack packs!

Only 6 cards in clear plastic . Not from topps nor did I get what was pictured in the listing. They are most definitely rack packs and they have 12 cards total, 4 in each compartment. I truly believe that you were trying to hustle me and thought that if you did this I would offer the world to get the negative feedback off… I don't have the resources to do that I am a collector selling their collection to subsidies my disability check.

You have hurt my business unjustly and never fixed/retracted the feedback after you agreed to, shame on you sir!
