I ordered 2 springs of a certain size and one of the ones I received was the wrong size and completely useless to me. Numerous attempts to contact them about it and no response. They also wouldn't respond to questions I had about the item before I ordered it. That was the first red flag.I ended up having to order another one a hope they send the right size.

He packaged it very well, and if it hadn't been for UPS, the value would have been a great buy. I really can't say enough good things about the seller. He did everything right. Now, the not so good part and it has absolutely nothing to do with the seller. UPS destroyed my radio. I've waited a long time to find as nice a radio as this one is. I have to belive that they had some downtime and played throw the packages. 😪
