Photo #2 - NOT Silk, leaves are small and look like they had been trimmed with "Pinking shears". Photo #3 - STIFF and difficult to swag. Decided to keep the Garland anyway because of the low price.

I tried to fill out the refund info a couple of days ago but could not figure how to attach a picture, so I could not move forward with the refund.
