Instructions were hard to find (folded up inside the hardware package) and one screw provided was too short but easily replaced at the local hardware store. Apart from that it went together easily, is plenty sturdy and has lots of perches, nest boxes and dangling toys. Great value for the money. They play in it often. So even despite the early problems I'm giving it five stars.

Proportions were smaller, the cubbies and stands were shrunken and close together. My larger cat maybe 12 lbs it’s not comfortable squeezing into that bottom cubby. But fine for my smaller cat around 6 lbs. was missing a unique double headed bolt but I luckily saved one from the one I trashed. Was easy to put together. As sturdy as you’d expect. Might last a few years of heavy play.

Assembly was a little difficult but simple enough with a drill and the right bit. My cat seems to like it though the platforms seem to be for a smaller/younger cat as my ~15-20lb orange cat is a bit big for them, though he can still sit and lay down comfortably on it. Cat trees this size usually got for 3-4x the price of this so still well worth the price.

Unfortunately, one of the racks was broken in transit. I immediately contacted seller and provided pictures of the broken item. They responded immediately and are sending a replacement of the item that was broken. I am awaiting the item (expect it in the same time frame as orginal delivery). Couldn't be happier with the response time and plan to resolve the issue! Would def buy again!
