But I am displeased with the packaging, and I am assuming this is why the frame of the device is faulty, nothing major, but enough to leave me feeling a bit disappointed. Contrary to my worries, the phone was indeed unlocked, and showed no signs of use, so in this regard, it is 'new'. Besides this, I'm not sure why, but I'm unable to check for any software updates.
