The seller was very kind and helpful, immediately offering to either resend it or give a refund. At the second round, customs let it go and it arrived. Very beautiful, good quality, and the price is amazing. Perfect seller!

I contacted them, and they told me they would immediately refund me the overcharge once I made the purchase. And that's exactly what happened. My beads arrived relatively quickly from overseas. They are all beautiful with consistent and accurate sizing. Can't wait to buy more!

In reality, they flatly refuse to deliver at all and would not have tried even once. By the time I realised that Orange (international carrier distributor) had chosen Evri/Hermes, it was too late and the item went back to China. The vendor was exemplary at communication and refunding. Sadly they are powerless with Orange. I felt so sorry as I would have loved these beads.
