However, one of the circular bentwood parts was meant to have six pre-drilled holes - the one delivered had none. No problem, I thought, I'll just do it myself. That's where my problems started.

When eBay's website threw up ridiculous errors, they set up a special sale item to our needs so we could bypass eBay's glitch and order. Then their delivery companies lost half of our order and Swan Street Sales agreed to re-cut and send a replacement without hesitation.
