They offered a partial refund which I did not accept but then DID issue a full refund but stated they shipped the correct hat, lol. Not OK to blame the customer. Just own your mistakes and people will be much more understanding.

Unfortunately the received item had a defect not mentioned in the item’s description. Such a defect could not be detected easily in the seller’s one shared photo featuring the figurine. While several attempts were made to e-mail the seller, such attempts could not be completed. My photos display the severity of the item’s damage. Bottom line, if an item is non-returnable, do NOT purchase the item!
