Call the seller and was very helpful and accomodating. They were able to identify the mistake and imeediately prepared a replacement - actual device posted. Received the replacement very quickly after sending the faulty device back. 10/10 and very recomnded seller.

At the time of purchase the product was also listed with the correct title 'Latitude 5300' but the content including picturees were incorrect and of a different product with a similar name 'Latitude 5300 2-in-1', fortunately the sellor appears to have since corrected this.
