The jars were individually packed in a protective nappy, sealed in a plastic bag and placed in a small cardboard box. All 4 boxes were placed in a shipping box with packing on all sides. The 4 jars arrived with no breakage, no leakage, no mess to clean-up and the lid seals were still intact. Thank you for going the extra mile with the packaging which obviously worked great. To begin with the box was too small and the interior wrapping was very faulty. Rather than putting the jar in a bubble envelope it was wrapped around the jam first with a diaper and then the bubble wrap was around the diaper. It should have been placed in the bubble envelope. It would have been better protected. No satisfaction from the seller. Told me to take it to the post office but I threw it out!

I cannot believe how delicious they are, they were not melted nor tasted old at all! My last order was a disaster, with squished, old Reese's. I plan on ordering more. These are delicious!
