However, the swim suit top inside seemed to be deteriorating, shedding a fine brown dust, despite a description of “amazing condition”. I contacted the seller, simply hoping for a partial refund to have it restored. But they only offered to take the swim suit back for a full refund. I told them I liked the item, and would simply like a partial refund to make things fair, as $40, PLUS the cost of repairs isn’t what I wanted to spend.
