Overall they have insanely Great quality products. I ordered a PS2 and it included everything in excellent condition. I found little to no scratches (which was as advertised) in fact the condition was better than described in the description. Overall I'm very happy with the console I received. If you are looking for a retro console like the PS2 I would recommend ordering it from this seller as their listings are accurate to what is delivered. On top of that delivery was very quick.
