As clarification for any future buyers - THIS MODEL WAS SHIPPED IN A STURDY BOX WITH AMPLE PACKING MATERIAL. I DO NOT ship models in a plastic bag - always in a box. Only the model was placed in a clear plastic bag for protection. I only wrap models directly in bubble wrap when I feel the wrap won't put too much pressure on the model's mane or tail.
