Nice heavy weight, love the silver ferrel and joints (a bit different), great quality, plays like a dream. The tip is excellent and I could shape it easily. I have 7 cues now as a pool nerd and this is by far the best. Great customer service too so I will use these guys again. 😁

Will probably replace OEM tip but overall a very nice cue for the money. The removable butt end also useful when in confined space also makes cue easy to re- weight ie add more if required. Also many thanks to The Team at Cue & Case for despatching item very quickly as I wanted the cue before Saturday and as promised here in plenty of time as I write this review at 15:00 on Friday afternoon.

There was a slight issue with the despatching of the cue case which was not the fault of the company as I paid extra for next day delivery on the Friday which did not arrive, however I spoke to them on the phone and they did everything in their power to rectify this and they paid the extra to have delivered on the Saturday. The staff I spoke to were brilliant and I would highly recommend this seller and I would not hesitate to use again

Due to my location, ordering online is the easiest way..but fraught with danger, incase it’s not as described. I only ordered my cue on Monday night and received it Thursday morning, which is superb. I have examined my cue ( though not played with it yet ) and first impressions are it’s silky smooth to handle, but more importantly the cue looks as straight as an arrow . Great company & communication A+++

They sorted out a colour that I was happy with and it was top quality and new condition. I also ordered a case off their website and was sent together. Awesome customer care and service. Would highly recommend to anyone! Top blokes. Thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
