Shipped with protective wrap to prevent damage during shipping. The detail is good. The head is slightly small for Mythic Legions, I should have gone with a larger size. There is a chart inside every listing that tells you the best size to choose depending on which figure you are planning to use it with. Even then, it explains that all figures can vary slightly and not all items will work with every figure.
